ANZAC Biscuits

Hi Room 20 (and blog visitors),

Tomorrow is ANZAC Day here in New Zealand and we have spent the last couple of days researching the significance of ANZAC Day.  As promised I have posted the link to the ANZAC biscuit recipe we were looking at this afternoon.
