Our Pirate Maps

Free website - Wix.com

Last term we were learning all about writing instructions. We got to create our own islands and design pirate maps to go with them. Then we wrote instructions to help the pirates find the treasure buried on our islands. The little booklet has pictures of some of our maps.

Dear room 6
We liked your treasure maps and how you put them in a special book. Your maps were colourful and were interesting shapes. What treasure were the pirates finding?

We also loved your 'bees' - it makes your blog look so interesting. How did you do that? We would like to do something like that on our blog.

I thought that it was real cool that you all made a bunch of pirate maps. Also I think that it was a real neat way to present the animation.

I liked the story of the polar bear. the part that I liked was when the bear ate the seal. It was also better because you added sound to it.
